Ownership of Employee Inventions

According to the it’s own employee invention regulation, university succeed the entitlement to a patent or patent right to the faculty member(professor, employee, student, researcher, etc.)

Invention Reinforcement Program

Upon receipt of the Invention Report the evaluation committee, consisting of experts in various technology sectors, will conduct the technology investigation and establish a personalized reinforcement application strategy.
If the Evaluation Committee decides to apply for a domestic patent through the Invention Reinforcement Program, the application fee, costs arising during the process, and registration fee, and maintenance fee(up to 4 years) will be funded by the school.
