Secured approximately ₩14 billion (USD 10 million) in funding from the Ministry of Science and ICT for the Deep-Tech Scale-Up Valley Initiative, fostering KAIST-led deep-tech startups and commercialization programs.

Launched the Technology Licensing Office (TLO) Headquarters under ITVC to strengthen systematic IP management and global technology transfer.
